Perfume Nourishing Body Cream Shine

The scent is seriously insane�� It's so cozy and gives off such a grown-woman vibe. But it feels a little too much for me in the middle of summer, so I'm going to start using it again once the weather gets cooler. I'd been eyeing it on Instagram for a while, and it looked like there was a big sale going on, so I finally bought it. I can't use body oil in summer, so I usually use body lotion instead�� and this seemed like it would be good. I kept hearing how amazing the scent was, so I decided to try it. I love that the set comes with two body creams and a tube-size free gift. I think I'll use the yellow jar in summer and Sunset in fall and winter.

I chose the Shine Bitter Orange & Cedarwood scent, and I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't as heavy as I expected. A fresh orange scent comes through first, and as time passes, a soft woody scent remains, which feels really comforting. Even though it's a cream, it isn't heavy and spreads smoothly. It glides over the skin without pilling, and after it absorbs, my skin feels smooth and nicely conditioned. The moisture lasts quite a while too, so it worked really well in dry weather. The fragrance isn't overpowering, so I think it would be easy to wear all year round.

I was curious about the Bitter Orange & Cedarwood combination, so I chose the Shine option. At first, a bright citrus scent spreads pleasantly, and then a warm woody note slowly comes through. It's not too sweet and not too heavy, so it feels really well balanced. The texture is smooth and there's almost no feeling of product sitting on the skin. When I apply it after a shower, the soft fragrance lasts throughout the day, to the point where I don't really need perfume. It isn't overpowering, but it still has enough presence, so lately this is the body cream I reach for the most.

I normally don't use body cream because I hate anything sticky, but I heard TIELLA's body cream feels as moisturizing as a body lotion, so I gave it a try. Body lotions don't usually last quite as long, but this TIELLA product has the staying power of a body cream and the easy application of a body lotion, so it's really nice to use. The scent is great and there's plenty of product too, so I'm very happy with it.

It reminds me a little of the cream my mom used to buy in those old tin cases, but this feels much more upgraded and luxurious. ^^ It's especially nice on my upper arms, which tend to feel tight and dry.
